TimeBridge Meeting Scheduler is a free online calender that specialize in meeting scheduling and coordinating. TimeBridge can coordinate between your Microsoft Outlook, Google Calender, and Apple iCal using plugins which means you do not have to manually transfer your info. TimeBridge strength is in managing meetings, you can create a meeting and invite anyone with an email address. The tool will allow you propose 5 date/times for the meeting, each one of your invitees will get an email with a big "Reply" button, when click on, an invitee will be directed to a page where they can choose the best, ok, and bad proposed meeting times (invitees do not need to login or be registered). You as the meeting organizer can track all the aspect of the meeting setup via your account on TimeBridge.

Once cool feature is that when setting up a meeting, you can choose a physical location or call-in meeting, if you pick call-in, TimeBridge will supply a phone number with a meeting code that all the invitees will get...free.
